Sverre is a seasoned Global solutions architect for the crew logistic within Marine, Offshore, Resource and Energy crew travel. With more than 20 years’ experience within global solutions for the maritime crewing industry, global with deliveries on all continents spanning from local, regional and full global solutions. Norwegian citizen and currently living in Norway again after 7 years as an expat. Family man and a full blown aviation geek.

We have listened to our Marine clients and industry stakeholders of their evolving need for support for their Crew logistic, we continue to develop innovative solutions with the clients to address the global challenges for crew movements.  From a Norwegian Legacy company to a full global set up, we continue to shape the crew travel logistics sector supporting our global clients with the critical movement of people with in Maritime, Offshore, Resource and Energy Industries.  We bring next gen solutions and set up, to our partners and clients across the globe, our industry leading solutions go well beyond simply booking flights for crew.  Our team collaborate with our clients to evolve and develop bespoke end-to-end solutions to support: crewing departments needs, outsourcing of services and internal processes.  Our fully integrated services with our clients include crew logistic, outsourcing of services,  payment solutions that help reduce the workload for clients finance or operations on a local, regional or global level.  Our consultative support  to our clients allows us to share best practices on cost savings and client behaviours, improve payment processes and much more. Our team are engaged from the start, we are there from the first mile to the last mile of crew movements - Home to Port and Beyond. Supporting the clients needs of today and of the future is paramount, today we will showcase our new industry leading capabilities and a few of our new global solutions that we have been co-developed with our clients and shared as a best practice with others.  

We are here today to debut our new Global Brand exclusively focused on the Marine - Offshore - Resource - Energy sectors otherwise known as MORE, what a better place to for our launch than here at  IMPA in the company of industry leaders such as yourselves.  There is MORE to come, MORE a dedicated set of global operations exclusively focused on supporting the unique, dynamic and every evolving needs of the, Marine, Offshore, Resources and Energy sectors.  The MORE group is one unified brand and comprised of a few carefully selected companies that operate solely in these segments. Our mantra is it give MORE services, MORE attention and MORE solutions through local in market operations.   Today, iI am pleased to be joined by some of our global colleagues from Canada, USA , Middle East, Asia and off course Europe.  We know there are unique challenges in every market and every sector, our commitment is to be continuously supporting the industry, evolve our technology and promote next-gen solutions for our clients to stay ahead of the ever changing industry.
